Haus Baden
Can the digital world showcase nobility? Can a website highlight a treasure and make it shine? How can you wrap 900 years of dynasty in zeros and ones?
Background
Haus Baden is one of Europe’s oldest noble families. With its long history, cultural legacy, and sense of responsibility for its land and region, it faced the challenge of presenting this depth and diversity digitally for the first time.
Brief
“A website that shows who we are, where we come from, and where we are heading.” That was the brief from Margrave Bernhard of Baden. The task was not to create a traditional appearance, but a digital home that unites heritage, character, and the present day.
Solution
The new Haus Baden website translates history into motion: a dynamic, visually refined experience that feels effortless and intuitive. Animations, portraits, and archive material merge into a clear, modern stage that feels dignified, precise, and unexpectedly alive.

Interactive Timeline
For a house whose lineage stretches back to the Holy Roman Empire, launching a website was no PR exercise. It was a cultural act. How do you bring centuries onto a screen without losing their force? How do you make a family visible that doesn’t ‘show’, but simply *is*?

“I think our homepage turned out great, and this is not only due to the high competence of the team, but also to the joyful and uncomplicated cooperation. It is always impressive how you are able to think your way into “our” world and translate it creatively and in a timely manner into tangible results.”
